Welcome to TheyChangedIt, a mobile wellness and self-reflection application owned and operated by We Community Corp, a C Corporation registered in Delaware, USA (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TheyChangedIt mobile application (“App”).

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you are legally capable of entering into these Terms.

2. Account Registration

Certain features of the App may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your login credentials secure. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

a. Subscription Plans

TheyChangedIt may offer premium features through recurring monthly or annual subscription plans. Available plans, features, and pricing are displayed within the App and may vary by platform or region.

b. Billing and Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions are billed and managed through the platform from which you downloaded the App (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play). Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

c. Managing or Canceling Subscriptions

You must manage or cancel subscriptions directly through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. We Community Corp cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.

d. Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable. Any refund requests must be submitted directly to the applicable app marketplace and are subject to their policies.

e. Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing. If pricing changes occur, you will be notified in advance, and changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

4. Wellness & Self-Reflection Disclaimer

TheyChangedIt provides wellness, reflection, and self-exploration tools for informational and personal growth purposes only. The App does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice and is not a substitute for professional care.

Always seek the advice of qualified healthcare or mental health professionals regarding any health-related concerns. Use of the App is at your own discretion and risk.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the App, including reflections, journal entries, wellness logs, or other personal information.

By submitting content, you grant We Community Corp a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use anonymized or aggregated versions of such content to operate, improve, research, and enhance the App and its services.

You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of your content.

6. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Please review our TheyChangedIt Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information.

7. Intellectual Property

All App content, features, branding, designs, and functionality—excluding user-generated content—are the property of We Community Corp or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any portion of the App without prior written permission.

8. DMCA Notice and Takedown Procedure

If you believe that content within the App infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA notice to:

We will investigate and take appropriate action, including content removal where required. Repeat infringers may have their accounts suspended or terminated.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or applicable laws. You may terminate your account at any time through the App or by contacting us.

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy of content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, We Community Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless We Community Corp and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email where appropriate. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
